Benjamin Hodge serves as Principal Technical Advisor at Kemp Technologies, operating under the Office of the CTO. He is responsible for the Strategic Technology and Research (STR) group that generates product and technology research. He has been responsible for creating and scaling customer support, sales engineering and professional services organizations for high-growth security and network companies, including Sophos and Astaro AG. Benjamin focuses on technology disciplines that include cloud computing, configuration management, analytics, microservices, and artificial intelligence, as well as organizational trends such as DevOps, GitOps, Lean and Agile Development, and digital transformation.
Vik Sharma
Head of Information Technology @Balmain NB Corporation
Vik is the Head of IT at Balmain NB Corporation. He has extensive experience in project management, IT infrastructure, Database Administration, Systems Engineering, Web and Application Development. Vik holds a Managers Certificate in ITIL, a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and an active member of the Australian Computer Society. Balmain is a broad based financial services organisation, with activities spanning commercial mortgage finance (both arranging and lending) and investment funds management. It is the region’s leading non-bank commercial loan manager, with 40 years of experience and $5b in assets under management.
