How to Incorporate Accessibility Into Your Kiosk Project
Self-service kiosks improve customer service, increase customer satisfaction, and can add services or resources without adding staff. However, it’s important to make accessibility a part of the project from the very beginning; making a kiosk accessible is substantially easier from the start, and retrofitting can be costly. Learn more about how to kick off an accessible kiosk project and include accessibility in everything from kiosk application to external and input devices to kiosk form. The webinar will be hosted by Laura Miller, TPG’s resident kiosk expert, consulting on how to create an accessible kiosk experience.
