At Springest, our purpose is to help everyone reach their full potential through learning and vitality. To reach our own, we chose to use Holacracy and we were the first company in the Netherlands to adopt the self-management practice.
To help others reach their full potential as well, we now share what we have learned about autonomy, entrepreneurship, happiness, and exponential growth. The Holacracy framework is like an operating system and – just like Mac OS, Windows, or especially Linux – it’s customizable to fit your company’s needs.
OKRs are our strategy app. We’ve been using this system for over 4 years, so we are on our 18th iteration. I’ll share how we’ve implemented OKRs and why our team doesn’t want to go back to working without them.
