Why, then, does the 2017 Altman Weil Law Firms in Transition Survey say that our profession is faced with an urgent “… need for greater efficiency” in the face of “… the inexorable force of technology innovation” and that legal technology has “… not delivered on its promise of greater efficiencies?”
