Kathy currently holds the position of Global Banking Lead & Payment Enablement Strategist for Intel’s RBHE (Retail, Banking, Hospitality, Education) team focusing on growing Intel’s partner ecosystem that fortifies the Banking vertical with end to end solutions. With a healthy career of over 25 years in payments and secure transactions, Kathy has held impactful management positions at well-known companies such as Zebra (formerly Motorola Solutions), Ingenico, MagTek, and Hypercom (now Verifone) driving market adoption for payment solutions and technologies.
Philip Bonhard
Head of Design for Payments, Fraud and Financial Crime @Lloyds Banking Group
Dr Philip Bonhard is the Head of Design for Payments, Fraud and Financial Crime at LBG.  In a nutshell he makes sure security / fraud projects consider human needs before jumping to solutions and then helps getting the right designers on-board, like UX, Service, Visual, Conversation, Business Designers etc. Before that he looked after the customer experience of LBG’s mortgages business.  Prior to joining Lloyds, he worked in academia, big consulting firms and ran his own design agency.  He holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from University College London.  Most importantly he's passionate about designing products / services that make people's lives better.  Other than that he likes to build stuff for his two daughters and tinker with powertools, wood and his raspberry pie / arduino boards with the occasional Lego thrown in. He strongly believes that building stuff is more important than describing it.

Dan Makoski is Chief Design Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, leading a multi-disciplinary human-centred team with the singular goal of helping Britain prosper through compassionate and courageous Design. His mission is to thoughtfully design epic experiences in collaboration with the people who inspire us to innovate. Before joining the Group, Dan was Head of Design at the Fortune 1, Walmart, started Project ARA at Google, designed the original Surface at Microsoft, led design research globally at Motorola, and was the first VP of Design at Capital One. Dan began his career at the world’s top design agencies, and even started his own at one point. The common thread across his career is the belief that Design is most powerful when it's an expression of humble service, and innovation is most impactful when it fosters openness and inclusion. Dan and his family moved to London in July 2018 directly from the Silicon Valley in California. He has 3 incredible kids who are now old enough to
