Grace Hill has launched an exciting new feature for Validate -- the Validate Admin Role. The new Validate Admin Role better enables a team of leaders to work together to ensure the Validate program is a success. It helps ensure that shops are reviewed and upskill training courses are assigned both promptly and by the most appropriate person.
This training is designed for managers who have recently been given Validate Admin Role access. Christi Dobbins, our Director of Product Management in charge of Validate, will walk you step-by-step through how to review a shop, adjust the person shopped, adjust the score, make needed comments, assign upskill training, and mark the shop complete, along with other best practices.
