Morgan Matz
Account Executive, Employee Benefits Department @Parker Smith & Feek
Morgan started her career in employee benefits consulting in 2012 with a national brokerage firm where she was responsible for managing key, multi-state accounts that had variable hour, seasonal, and complex workforces. Morgan has strong technical expertise in ACA compliance, employee education, and health plan funding arrangements, particularly in unbundled, self-insured programs. She works with medium to large size employer groups of all industries, but focuses on hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, and professional services. She joined Parker, Smith & Feek in early 2020. Morgan is a Seattle, Washington native and attended the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and physiology.
Marie Gallanar
Vice President and Account Executive, Commercial Department & Manufacturing Practice Group Leader @Parker Smith & Feek
Marie Gallanar is a Vice President and Account Executive in our Commercial Department and leader of Parker, Smith & Feek’s Manufacturing Practice Group. Marie came to Parker, Smith & Feek with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her consultative approach to understanding her client’s business as a whole helps her to assess their current and potential risks. Her background in financial services helps her to understand how a client’s exposure affects the bottom line. Marie is actively involved in the manufacturing industry; she serves on the board of directors for the Washington Chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WIM) and is a member of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance (PNAA).
Michelle Bomberger
CEO and Managing Attorney @Equinox Business Law Group
In 2005, Michelle launched Equinox Business Law to put her legal and business prowess to use for growing businesses. An experienced entrepreneur herself, Michelle knows what it’s like to walk in her clients’ shoes firsthand. In addition to launching and growing Equinox Business Law Group, she and her husband owned and managed two restaurants in the Seattle area. Michelle was honored by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of its “40 Under 40” in 2012. In addition, Michelle and Equinox Business Law Group were award the King County Executive’s Woman Small Business of the Year Award in 2013. Michelle is a member of the King County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association, where she speaks about law office management. She is also a member and past Directors for the Center for Advanced Manufacturing Puget Sound (CAMPS).
