The Discipleship Lab Sessions is a series of events is focused on teaching people how to disciple and mentor others in the midst of a full life.

We believe in the importance of prayer, but adding one more thing to our full lives can be a daunting thought. Yet Jesus tells us that without Him, we can do nothing. Nothing! Come and hear fresh ideas on how to connect with God in LIFE-GIVING and sustainable ways. Come and ponder together with others on how to make prayer work for you, in a way that OVERFLOWS with LIFE to those around you.

Our guest speaker for this event is Claire, a Canadian who lives and works in the Middle East, where she enjoys sharing her faith with those in her community. After 20 years of reaching out to others, she hit a wall—and came to an awakening that changed the way and why of her prayer life. A decade later, this change continues to help her to go through each day with Jesus, learning that the “easy yoke” is no joke! Claire works alongside her husband in an IT company which they co-own. She is a mother of three boys and the world’s cutest grandchild.

In this hour, you will have the opportunity to:
- Step back and see the big picture of how busy people come to faith and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus
- Hear ways to keep prayer simple, real and consistent
- Learn doable and life-giving ways for integrating prayer into your day
