At WareIQ, he is leading the creation of the right network design & inventory planning capabilities at scale to deliver tangible value to the online seller ecosystem in India. Previously, he was heading the Inventory Planning & Control function as a Director at Flipkart.
Varsha Anand
Ex-Category Head @Xiaomi India
Ms. Varsha Anand comes with an in-depth experience in category management of Smartphones, TV, laptops & Ecosystem categories at Xiaomi India – the leader in the smartphone industry in India. At Xiaomi, she was instrumental in growing the premium smartphone category across Ecommerce & Offline distribution channels and establishing the Smart TV & Ecosystem business for Xiaomi’s exclusive retail vertical. She spearheaded the omnichannel integration project with the aim to maximize Smart TV sales through retail stores by optimizing stock levels at stores & Warehouses and streamlining logistics, leading to incremental business growth for the Smart TV category. She has over 9 years of experience in B2C Strategy, Growth, Sales Planning, Team building, and P&L management domains. Currently, she is the Vice President of Strategy & Network Expansion at Bolt. Her previous experiences include working with CARS 24 & Vodafone India. She is an alumna of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management.
