Attend this two-part workshop (Oct. 13 and 27) led by Extraco's Human Resources team to learn about four major components of human resources: onboarding, setting expectations, discipline and termination.
Part 1 (October 13th) is led by Alex Eichenberg, Executive Vice President and Director of Extraco's HR department, and Liz Barton, Vice President and HR Generalist for Extraco, and will focus on the importance of onboarding employees, setting "ground rules" and what happens after you've onboarded your new employee.
Part 2 (October 27th) will take what you learned in the previous workshop from Alex & Liz and dive into best practices for discipline and what to do if termination is necessary. DJ Snyder, Extraco's Benefits & Compensation Specialist, will join Alex & Liz to share what documents you need when you terminate an employee and information specifically from Texas Workforce.
