H.E. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail
Minister of Housing @Ministry of Housing, Saudi Arabia
H.E. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail was appointed by a royal decree as minister of housing, member of the Saudi Council of Ministers and member of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA), in July 2015 to lead one of Vision 2030’s programs, The Housing Program. Under his leadership, the program was launched, achieving tremendous success and is on track to reach the Kingdom’s target to boost Saudi Home ownership. In February, 2020 a royal decree was issued to assign Mr Al-Hogail as minister of municipiality and rural affairs in addition to his current mandate as minister of housing. As minister, Mr Al-Hogail is also chairman to the Real Estate General Authority, Real Estate Development Fund, and the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company. Mr. Al Hogail is a founding member and active director of the board of numerous Giga-Projects in the Kingdom; including NEOM, the World’s most ambitious project and Qiddiya Investment Company.
HRH Saudi Bin Talal
Deputy Minister for Residential Support & Beneficiary Services @Ministry of Housing, Saudi Arabia
HRH Saudi Bin Talal holds a master's degree in law & international relations with honors from Kent University in the UK, and bachelor’s degree in business from Suffolk University in Boston. Prince Saud began his career at Oracle, before joining the government sector where he worked as a legal consultant at the Ministry of Interior. He was then appointed as the general director of international relations at the Ministry of Labour. Prince Saud currently works as deputy minister for residential support & beneficiary services. He is dedicated to improving the services delivered to the Ministry beneficiaries by managing the branches across kingdom, working with all internal and external stakeholders to facilitate work procedures, and supervising all communication channels with the Ministry beneficiaries and managing Housing Support. He also supervises the General Directorate for International Cooperation and has represented the ministry at many international conferences.
Marwan Zawawi
Deputy Minister for Residential Products @Ministry of Housing
Marwan Hashem Zawawi is deputy minister of residential products at the Ministry of Housing, KSA and in February 2020 was appointed as general manager to align the housing program and ministry of housing. From November 2017 to March 2019, Marwan was general manager of the housing program. In May 2017, Mr Zawawi was made a senior advisor in the most ambitious 2030 Vision Realisation Program (Quality of Life Program) in Saudi Arabia with multiple challenging tasks. Mr Zawawi enjoyed a long and successful track record in the private sector for more than 22 years, in different industries (FMCG, Real Estate, Automotive and Retail in Multi – National & National Companies). He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in KSA, and an executive program in management from Columbia University in the USA.
