At this meetup we will run a live demo of a Design Sprint problem framing exercise that is used BEFORE going into the Design Sprint, applying the same core principles that is used in a Design Sprint.
***THE EXERCISE & CASE***
The exercise can be used for scoping a challenge, aligning a team around complex product challenges or as team retrospect.
The case we will is working on it the startup Humanitrack (humanitrack.org) and Maxwell Hartmann, the CEO of Humanitrack will be sharing his insights for further exploration.
***WAYS TO PARTICIPATE***
At the event you can participate as an attendee or a panelist. As a panelist you will take part in the live demo and participate on screen though video conferencing as well as a digital workspace. Everyone can join as an attendee, but please keep in mind that we have limited spots for panelists.
As an attendee, the event will be like a webinar where you get to see a live demo and ask questions.
***HOW TO COLLABORATE***
We will create a safe learning environment and a culture of experimentation. One of the benefits of working in a digital workspace is that panelists output will be anonymous, which allows for unbiased decision making and freedom do express any ideas without fear of judgement.
If there is time for it, we will go for a Q&A and dive more into the Design Sprint itself.
