In the past year, four times as many women as men dropped out of the labor force in the US alone. Employment for women may not recover to pre-pandemic levels until 2024—two full years after a recovery for men. This is due in part to the pressure for women to take care of children and households as schools went remote, childcare options were closed, and sweeping furloughs were enacted.
Women have an incredible opportunity now to upskill and rebound back higher than ever by leveraging graduate education. The time is now to invest yourself and pursue education for your future.
