GCGT | Education| Mindfulness & Loneliness
Your mental health has never been more important than in this time of isolation and uncertainty. It’s normal to feel caught in a paralyzing whirlpool of anxiety and stress.

Learn to approach your anxiety, stress, and loneliness with kindness and curiosity. By exploring the difference between aloneness and loneliness, you will discover your own inner strength and participate in meditations that will help you tap into your own sense of calm and resilience.

This session is designed to be accessible and friendly for beginners, with time for discussion and questions.
