Learn to approach your anxiety, stress, and loneliness with kindness and curiosity. By exploring the difference between aloneness and loneliness, you will discover your own inner strength and participate in meditations that will help you tap into your own sense of calm and resilience.

This session is designed to be accessible and friendly for beginners, with time for discussion and questions.

Felicity Bannister
Felicity has extensive experience teaching mindfulness meditation in corporate, social agency, and volunteer settings. She has trained as a psychotherapist at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy and also as a Life Skills coach. Felicity has completed the Applied Mindfulness program at the University of Toronto, has an MSW from Carleton University, and a BA from Queen's University. She is a principal at MindSana.com. She enjoys helping people "train their brain" and enjoy life to the fullest. Felicity is the mother of three girls.
