My ultimate passion is to promote 21st century teaching and learning skills such as communication, self-management, social, research, and thinking skills that are at the heart of any educational process. As such, being mindful to situations, open-minded, balanced, and a huge risk taker, is the key to setting lifelong goals and not restrict the learning process to walls of a physical space. I am a teacher trainer, IBEN workshop leader, site visiting team member and examiner. One of the most beneficial qualities that I believe I acquired as an education leader is grit. Being gritty allowed me to embrace challenges as positive checkpoints in my professional development journey.
