CUT&Tag and ChIP-Seq: How to synergise your chromatin research
The true potential of personalised medicine is finally becoming more accessible thanks to modern, high-throughput techniques such as ChIP-Seq. These techniques are more frequently being used in clinical biopsies and FFPE samples, with low cell chromatin profiling using CUT&Tag and ATAC-Seq, and transcriptomics studies using RNA-Seq and single-cell technologies (scATAC-Seq and scRNA-Seq).

In this joint webinar with the epigenetics experts, Active Motif, we will discuss how CUT&Tag and ChIP-Seq can synergise your chromatin research and give an overview of the novel tools, instruments and end-to-end services available.

We will also discuss data generated by Active Motif's scientists for drug discovery and human disease research, covering tips and tricks on how we support the generation and integration of 'EpiOmics' data into clinical diagnosis and treatments.

All questions will be answered at the end of the talk. Find out more about Active Motif's range for chromatin research: https://www.bioscience.co.uk/products/chromatin-analysis
