In a renewed moment of racial reckoning, disability leaders must be prepared to advance race equity in their work, centering the voices and experiences of communities of color. Yet, existing leadership models are often white-dominant and do not meaningfully integrate race equity into leadership strategy and management. Presenters will explore ProInspire’s Leadership Model that brings equity into expectations for leaders and provide resources available to organizations to become leaders in race equity.
