Carlos has over 10 years of experience in information gathering, measurement and evaluation services. He has helped acquire and develop the methodologies, tools and skills necessary to extract meaningful information from huge amounts of structured & unstructured data at GlobalNews group. Carlos is deeply committed with the promotion of proper measurement practices that approximate the true value of communications and currently chairs AMEC’s Latin American Chapter. He also has a background in IT entrepreneurship, having founded three different startups related to the media and information sectors (the last one resulting in a successful acqui-hire by GlobalNews

Todd Murphy became CEO of Universal Information Services after completing the full acquisition in 2015. Since 1991, his role at Universal has been to develop innovative services that deliver public relations and news monitoring tools to clients. Value-driven services first address our client's needs, then are engineered to deliver the greatest value in the industry. Through the integration of other media monitoring services acquired over the prior 10 years, Universal now fully focuses on client-directed innovation for media monitoring and measurement. Todd also serves on or chairs several boards of directors for industry associations and non-profit organizations, including AMEC and FIBEP. Universal Information Services comprehensively tracks and measures media from print, TV, radio, web, and social media. Universal has been serving clients since 1908 from the offices in Omaha, Nebraska USA.

She has since applied her extensive PR, marketing, social media and sales know-how, reinforcing Burrelles‘ coveted position among PR professionals. In her current role as Vice President Client Onboarding, Tressa works with major accounts to ensure successful new customer onboarding and conduct web-based training on media monitoring, social listening, reporting/analytics, and media outreach tools. She also acts as content and social media manager, as well as advising clients on industry best practices.
