Mr. Charlip is a Senior Trainer for CATMEDIA, Inc, Certified Myers Briggs Professional and the President of his own business, Inspiration Creek Management Consulting LLC, a VA certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. He is a retired member of the Federal Senior Executive Service and was most recently the Department of Labor Veteran’s Employment and Training Service (VETS) Deputy Assistant Secretary for Operations and Management where he managed $226M and led 225 employees who provided VETS with budget, finance, contracting, field operations, grants management, information technology support and human resource support. Mr. Charlip is a 22 year Retired Veteran from the U.S. Air Force and has successfully worked in the Federal Government for over 17 years.
