Kodgule (Chairman & CEO, IQGen-X ) Mandar Kodgule is Chairman and CEO at IQ-GenX. He has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked in the areas of computer-aided drug designing, chemical research and technology transfer, intellectual property, business development, corporate strategy, and strategic alliances. He has held leadership roles in reputed pharmaceutical companies like Ranbaxy Laboratories, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Wockhardt. Mandar holds a PhD (Tech) from the University of Mumbai and is a certified patent agent and valuator in India. He is a visiting faculty at many pharmacy colleges in India and sits on the advisory board of universities. He is invited regularly to speak at several pharmaceutical industry conferences. He has several international research publications and 22 patents to his credit. He is a recipient of many prestigious awards. Dr Rahul Aware (Senior Scientist - Process Development, ACG Engineering ) With over 15 years of industrial pharma experience Dr Aware currently leads ACG Laboratories and heads the Process Technology Support arm of ACG Engineering. His core area of expertise is wet granulation and drying technology. He has to his credit two patents, more than 30 international poster presentations, two chapters in reputed pharma books and more than seven published articles in international journals. A recipient of the G.M. Abhyankar Research Award, Dr. Aware has worked for several industrial collaborative projects with universities in Germany, US, and Singapore. Dr Agnivesh Shrivastava (Regional Technical Manager - South India & Nepal at Gattefosse India Pvt. Ltd ) Dr. Agnivesh Shrivastava is currently working as Regional Technical Manager - South India & Nepal at Gattefosse India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai. He has completed B. Pharm. from IPS Academy Indore; M. Pharm. and Ph.D. (Tech.) in Pharmaceutics from the Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai. He has published multiple research papers, book chapters and meeting abstracts related to formulation development and drug delivery. He has a work experience of over 14 years with organizations like GlaxoSmithKline Ltd., Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Academy for Clinical Excellence and Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd. He has technical expertise in formulation development of Oral and topical dosage forms, solubility and bioavailability enhancement, sustained release drug delivery, Lipid based formulations, Topical and transdermal drug delivery, Nanoparticulate drug delivery, Pulmonary and Targeted Drug Delivery systems etc.
