Joan Zofnass
Director of Conferences @EFCG
Joan joined her brother, Paul, at EFCG in 1996 and is the firm's Director of Conferences, Head of Internal HR, and keeper of the office’s balcony garden. She is responsible for all five of EFCG's executive conferences and holds both a PhD and certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and still maintains a private practice. She has a B.S. from Syracuse University, an M.A. from Boston College, and PhD from Adelphi University. Her weekends are spent up in New England where she is an avid kayaker; paddle boarder and gardener. (And yes: she is a Red Sox fan!)
Julie Hasiba
Managing Partner @EFCG
Julie focuses on EFCG’s Conferences and Financial and Strategic Consulting. She joins EFCG from Accenture’s Strategy Consulting group where she was a Manager focused on talent and organizational design. She has a broad range of experience with post-merger integration, business process and human capital optimization, change management strategy, and operating model design. Julie has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with Honors from Northwestern University. A Chicago native and NYC fan, Julie has completed the Chicago and NYC marathons, but remains loyal to the one-and-only Chicago Cubs. When not cheering on her Cubs, she loves running on the Hudson RiverWalk with her husband, Adam, and their dog, Dakota, and will come up with any excuse to send friends or family cards in the mail.
