Since joining the league in 2017, Douglass has spearheaded several notable projects, including the creation of original programming such as “NBA On Fire”, “Josh Giddey: Road to NBA”, and the award-winning docuseries “Ball In The New Normal”. Douglass has more than 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Prior to the NBA, Douglass served as Head of Creative for Maker Studios SEA at The Walt Disney Company.
