Jack has spent the last 7 years of his career in digital media publishing and podcast advertising. Starting at CBS Interactive and in particular CNET, he managed top accounts like Samsung and Verizon. After a year at Vox Media, he dove into the podcasting space. At Acast, he helped build a contextual targeting product and partnered with almost a dozen measurement vendors to help podcasting enter digital like methodologies. In July 2021, he founded Oliphant Strategies LLC to provide podcasting solutions on a freelance basis. On a personal note, Jack loves cardio. He is a 2x time Ironman finisher as well as a marathon enthusiast. A three-time Webby Award-nominated Executive Producer, Tiffany has more than a decade of experience leading, executing, and managing projects in audio storytelling, video production, digital, and podcast production. She's worked with brands such as Sports Illustrated, Coach, Jordan Brand, Essence Magazine, and Black Entertainment Television (BET). She founded and ran the ESSENCE Podcast Network, the first-ever podcast network in the brand's 50-year history, which is created, operated, developed, and produced by women of color.
