Eugene Amusin

Eugene is responsible for all inclusive finance activity in Sub-Saharan Africa including working with corporates, microfinance institutions and banks. He is also responsible for the bank’s work globally with social enterprises. Eugene leads inclusive risk-sharing collaborations with development finance institutions and foundations. He has led a number of innovative transactions including the first microfinance carbon credit financing, and mobile collections solution for smallholder farmers and part of the team for the first microfinance IPO on the London Stock Exchange.Eugene has more than 15 years of structuring, product management, technology and customer relationship experience with Citi. His product background extends from cash management and securities to loans and foreign exchange.
Lidia del Pozo Mateos
Director of Community Investment Programs @BBVA
Lidia del Pozo is director of community investment programs at BBVA, a global financial group headquartered in Spain with a diversified business portfolio providing financial services in 30 countries, with over 125.000 employees and more than 78 million customers. She joined BBVA in 2006, where she is currently responsible for the financial education, social entrepreneurship and education global initiatives. She also manages the volunteering and grant management at the group. From 2000 to 2006, Lidia was the executive director at The Spain – US Chamber of Commerce a private non-profit membership organization, based in New York and dedicated to fostering trade and investment relations between Spain and the United States. From this position she advised and supported Spanish companies in their setting up process in the US. Previously she worked as project manager in several organizations where she cooperated in economic development projects and legal implementation processes.
Claudia Belli
Head of Social Business and Microfinance @BNP Paribas
As global head of social business and microfinance, Claudia Belli is in charge of reinforcing the links created between BNP Paribas and the social enterprise ecosystem as well as meeting the rapidly-expanding needs of microfinance institutions (MFIs) both in mature markets and low income countries. Supporting social enterprises and social business is part of the sustainable and inclusive finance strategy for BNP Paribas that brings a complete support through funding, investment, intermediation, commercial banking, mentoring, pro bono etc. Her team develops new innovative social financing tools like social impact bonds, development impact bonds and impact investing funds but also creates and implements specific methodologies to analyze social businesses (credit policy, impact measurement).
