Do you know that you have an alternative when it comes to dispute resolution with your financial service provider?
Come and find out more in SIDREC’s upcoming webinar, organised in collaboration with the Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) and Singapore’s Financial Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (FIDReC), on how it may be possible for you to save on expensive litigation fees and still have your dispute resolved.

This free webinar entitled Independent, Impartial, Effective: Dispute Resolution Made Possible has the CEOs from the only bodies in ASEAN specialised to handle disputes in financial services to share how their respective organisations can help you should you ever have a dispute with your financial service provider – capital market intermediaries, banks or insurance companies.

“I didn’t authorise this transaction”
“There was a glitch in the online system”
“Was that what I bought? That was not what I was told”
“Why can’t I claim on my insurance policy? I thought I could”
“I felt pressured to buy”
“I may have been scammed”

If you have experienced any of the above situations, you should not miss this session. The webinar will address the kind of disputes that customers or investors may have with their financial service providers and the type of help dispute resolution centres such as SIDREC, OFS and FIDReC offers.

Get your questions answered directly by the three CEOs towards the end of the session!
