Mr. Alzamora is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for the Federal Highway Administration Resource Center and a member of the Earth Retaining Structures, Geosynthetics, and Embankments, Dams, and Slopes Committees of the GEO-INSTITUTE. With 30 years of Geotechnical experience, Daniel has spent the past 18 years with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Daniel earned a BSCE from the University of Connecticut and an MSCE from the University of Colorado. Daniel provides technical support to the FHWA references on design and construction of MSE walls and slopes, earth retaining structures, and geosynthetics.
