Dermot McArdle (Head of Business Markets @Electric Ireland)
Dermot McArdle is the Business Markets Manager at Electric Ireland where he is responsible for the management and delivery of Electric Irelands business solutions to the LEU and SME sectors, in both Ireland and Northern Ireland, including electricity and gas supply, and telecom offerings. Dermot has been with energy industry for over 30 years. In his time with Electric Ireland he has held senior management positions across the finance, commercial, generation, supply and trading businesses. This included a notable two-year stint as the manager of eCars, where he championed the EUs ENEVATE programme to trial fully electric commercial vehicles in city centre locations, and the Dublin City Council eCar Pooling Scheme.

Sarah Murphy (Head of Marketing @Scurri)
Sarah Murphy is Head of Marketing at Scurri, a software provider that connects and optimises the eCommerce ordering, shipping, and delivery process. Sarah joined the Scurri team in January 2019 following 15 years sales and marketing experience with Sky, Zurich, and Social Talent. Her background and specialist areas include data analysis and segmentation/ demand generation strategies/ media trends and optimisation.

Entrepreneur Brody Sweeney is founder of Camile Thai Kitchen - the UK’s fastest growing Thai food chain with 33 locations, including five in London. Camile, which turns ten this year, was created in response to the ever-growing demand for high quality, healthier and more sustainable home delivery options. With a strong tech focus, the company is working to leverage the latest technologies in the sector such as drone delivery, cloud kitchens and kitchen robotics to create a new genre of convenience dining based on health, sustainability and speed.
