Molly has dedicated 10 years of service to Senior Living in Southwest, Northeast, and Northwest Ohio. After graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration, her career started as life enrichment coordinator in a long-term care nursing home. After obtaining a job in marketing and business development a few months later, Molly’s focus shifted to building relationships in the pulmonary, cardiac, stroke, and wound centers in area hospitals. During her time at Browning Masonic Community, Molly has blended her clinical and community knowledge to serve the surrounding communities through planning and executing a new Lifelong Leaning Institute titled NEW U in partnership with the Maumee Senior Center.

Tiffany Harding, Corporate Director of Sales for the Ohio Masonic Home, has dedicated more than 15 years to senior living. Over the last 15 years, Tiffany has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the changing customer demands and trends in the industry. Tiffany has worked for both non-profit and for-profit senior living organizations to implement specialized clinical and educational programs across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky to improve industry outcomes and meet market demands. Her latest projects include the development and expansion of lifelong learning programs in three major Ohio markets to promote an active lifestyle in senior living.
