Stress is a part of life, but doesn't have to run your life. Dr. Lauren Zimmaro will introduce the concept of mindfulness for helping to reduce your stress and improve your quality of life. She will lead attendants in a brief mindfulness exercise and facilitate a discussion, so you will leave the seminar with mindfulness tools that you can begin right away on your own.

Participants will also learn ways to help themselves and family members make the best choices to improve their health and wellness. There will be opportunities to submit your questions prior to the virtual sessions or participate in a live Q&A.
