Joyce is Assistant Director managing the NEA ePortal and myENV mobile app. NEA ePortal hosts >100 eServices offering members of the Public to perform application of services, making of online appointments and payments. The myENV has a total download of >500K with 230K monthly average users. Together with the NEA ePortal and myENV teams, Joyce helped to develop and roll out many enhancements to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
Avester Lau
Executive Meteorologist @Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) at NEA
Avester is an Executive Meteorologist at Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS). A vital part of his duties would be to conduct weather forecasts, review weather observations such as temperature and rainfall, and assess the risk of heavy rain and lightning across Singapore throughout the day. In addition, he ensures that this information is delivered onto our website, the myENV app, print media, and social media accounts in an efficient and timely manner. MSS is keen to engage with users from all walks of life to promote the use of the myENV app to meet their needs and listen to their feedback.
Rajeswari Gunalan
Manager (Programmes and Engagement Division) @National Environment Agency
Rajes works in the Policy, Programmes and Engagement Division which is part of the Hawker Centres Group that manages hawker centres in Singapore. In addition to her core portfolio, she oversees the myENV app content related to hawker centres and works with the relevant teams to troubleshoot any issues and improve user experience.
