These are probably the most stressful times most of us have ever had to endure. Many kids are also feeling that stress.
At The Psychology Foundation of Canada we promote mental well-being in kids before mental health issues begin. We are a registered charity with over 45 years of experience effectively nurturing resilience in children with the use of psychological science. We provide infants, children, and youth with the psychological well-being to thrive emotionally with our evidence-based attachment and stress management programs. Kids Have Stress Too! is one of our key programs helping children and youth to identify and manage their stress.
Please join us on April 2nd as we sit down with leading child psychologist, Dr. Robin Alter, to share strategies and answer your questions on how you can best support the mental health of young people in your life.
