Diversity & Inclusion 201: Being a Change Agent for your Organization –
Now that you are more self-aware and more aware of “others” around you, you are ready to take action when bias, prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination cross your path. We will build a toolkit and learn to use these new skills. Learning objectives include:
• You will develop a heightened level of self-awareness and awareness of others
• You will learn how to be a Change Agent
• You will learn how to “Lean in” – what some call being an Anti-racist
• We will build a new set of skills and tools – a Diversity & Inclusion tool kit/skill kit
• We will apply these new skills and tools
