The ability to perform atraumatic and efficient tooth extractions is a critical skill required to be a successful implantologist. In this session, Dr. Fien will present various strategies, specific techniques, as well as a simplified armamentarium that he uses day in and day out to minimize the trauma of tooth extraction and set the stage for the rest of treatment.
