When the Police Respond to Your Child's Mental Health Crisis
Join us for a conversation about what to expect, how to be prepared & respond when the local police become involved when your child is in crisis. This is a situation parents want to avoid but the reality is that it happens. Learn from the experiences shared by parents and a member of the local Police Department as we tackle this hard topic.

Joining us will be Corporal Sherri Cameron of the Boise Police Department. Sherri provides training to First Responders on how to interact with those that have autism and special needs. She is on the Board of Disability Rights of Idaho and has a son with ASD.

Also joining us will be members of the Idaho Parent Network who are parents raising children with mental health challenges.
