Learn the right way to stay active with some of CPA’s energetic team of ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists!

What is Exercise Right Week?

Exercise Right week (25 – 31 May) is a campaign brought to you by ESSA designed to increase awareness and promote the benefits of increased physical activity and exercise. It focuses on the role of the Accredited Exercise Physiologist in supporting individuals to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The key theme for this year’s campaign is “Movement is Medicine” which highlights the powerful role that exercise and physical activity poses for an individual’s physical and mental health and wellbeing.

All those who register will have access to a recording of the webinar, even if you cannot attend at the scheduled time.
