The Calf of Man; The Little Island With a Big Story
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the UNESCO Man and Biosphere (MAB) Programme, the Dublin Bay Biosphere, Isle of Man Biosphere and Kerry Biosphere are hosting a series of webinars to share their wonder and beauty .

March's webinar is hosted by the Isle of Man Biosphere reserve and titled: The Natural and Cultural History of the Calf of Man; one of Britain's longest serving Bird Observatories.

Presented by Manx National Heritage as part of the Tri-Biosphere webinar series, this talk highlights why the Calf of Man is special by exploring the island's social and cultural history, the importance of the seas which surround it, the Atlantic Grey and Common Seal count Project and the Manx Shearwater and puffin reintroduction programmes.
