Managers: Overcome the feedback paradox.
The paradox of feedback is that most of us say we want to receive it and yet we dread giving it; and when managers get less than positive responses to their attempts to provide helpful feedback, it’s no wonder they form the impression that “nobody likes feedback.” Like it or not, the responsibility for breaking this cycle lies with you, the manager.
