Tire Knowledge 301: Common Causes of Balancing Process Errors and How to Avoid Them
Unbalanced tires are a common problem that can cause vehicle vibration. Learn what the most likely problems are, problems with the balancing process and how to avoid them during the webinar on April 22 at 12:00 p.m. PDT. Featuring an expert panel of wheel and tire professionals, the webinar will help participants know how to better answer customer questions and explain the situation in a way that will gain customer confidence, understanding and trust.

Mike Lusso of Hennessy Industries will participate as moderator, while the panel includes Keith Buckley, Good Year; Kent Hobson, Sams Club; and Kevin Keefe, Hennessy Industries as they discuss the mechanics of tire balance vs. unbalance, vibration-inducting factors which can mimic unbalance, and share best practices to minimize vehicle vibration.
