Baylor Law Roundtable: Managing Multidistrict Litigation: A View from the Bench
Join us for an online roundtable discussion on Managing Multidistrict Litigation: A View from the Bench with:

• Judge (Ret.) W. Royal Furgeson Jr. (U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas)
• Judge Karen K. Caldwell (U.S. District Court Eastern District of Kentucky)
• Judge R. David Proctor (U.S. District Court Northern District of Alabama)

This roundtable will focus upon the history and context of multidistrict litigation, the modern evolution of cases, the role of the transferee judge, and best practices for efficient management of cases. Baylor Law’s Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management program innovator, practitioner, and professor Liz Fraley will join retired U.S. District Judge W. Royal Furgeson Jr. in moderating the discussion and providing insight.

This roundtable will feature expert insights and applicable tools taught as part of Baylor Law’s Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management program.

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1 credit hour, of which 0 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
