The reason is that we have become addicted to airbrushing out our imperfections and adding filters to appear a more attractive home for talent, just as we do in our “social media life”.
But in 2019 candidates are more savvy than ever before. Fake news has entered the lexicon and candidates can differentiate between reality and an illusion.
