Over the course of her career, she cultivated a sweet spot at the intersection of business and technology and became the go-to resource for businesses navigating complex and high-stakes transformations. In her role as chief product officer at E4E Relief, she oversees the growth and development of the technological systems and platforms that are core to both our client and applicant experience. Technology is a powerful tool, and her goal is to ensure our systems provide our clients with both the resources and data they need to experience the full potential of employee relief within their organizations. John Liu (Chief Technology Officer @E4E Relief) John Liu has been a leader in the technology industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a software engineer before transitioning into senior leadership positions at a variety of organizations, from publicly traded institutions to startups and everything in between. In every role, he's been drawn to technology's ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently and then to evolve those solutions continuously over time. The same is true in his new position as E4E Relief's first chief technology officer. John leads all things technology for our growing organization, from cloud operations and cybersecurity to quality assurance and software engineering. The impact of that work will extend far beyond our organization, allowing employees around the world to receive the financial support they need during times of crisis. Davida Rivens (VP & Director, Product Management & Sales @E4E Relief) Davida, an avid DIYer, brings her creativity to the table when helping companies build solutions to support their employees. Davida spent nine years leading our customer experience and relationship management team before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Product Management and Sales. Here, she continues to lean into her nonprofit background to help advance corporate philanthropy - and to leverage her creativity to ensure our clients and their employees have what they need to make it through even the most difficult times. From the ballroom dance team at UNC Chapel Hill to the board room of E4E Relief, Davida carries a confidence and wisdom that helps bring our organization to the next level. Her deep understanding of product and product delivery allow her to identify trends and enhancement opportunities with ease. Davida continues to prioritize customer satisfaction and each market's needs to keep E4E Relief's programs best in class.
