When and how do you listen to your child?
When and how does your child hear and receive you?
When and how do you set mindful limits and create boundaries of mutual respect and responsibility?
What is difficult? Challenging? Rewarding?
A child's evolving emotional life is forever unfolding and can be experienced as challenging, difficult, complex and confusing as well as meaningful, joyful, revealing, and impactful. With kindness, consistency, and constancy each moment can be attended to with supportive awareness and intention.
We will view a scene from a film that explores the importance of limit settings and the creation of boundaries in order for a family to thrive and grow and will discuss the impact and influence on the entire familial construct.
