Iva Rody has served as an advocate in both government and private sectors. Mrs. Rody has a Bachelor of Science, Master of Administration and successfully developed multiple law enforcement & community programs. Often, Mrs. Rody is called upon to provide training on current best practices in Officer Wellness, Mental Health, Crisis Intervention, & Advocacy. As a graduate of the AZPOST Leadership Program, she serves on committees for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, National Center for Prevention of Community Violence, the FBI, and peer reviewer for the Dept of Justice. Mrs. Rody was recognized by the AZ Attorney General for Outstanding Leadership, Innovative Practices and the IACP. She is the Programs Manager at 100 Club of AZ, leading solutions-based programming for the first responder community.
