Panel Discussion: Conversations with Transformative Researchers - How Research is Changing and What It Means
In our freshly released 2nd annual 'How You Research' study, we saw some interesting year-on-year changes - an increase in many of the research areas that you are exploring, especially Customer Journey research, a continual keen interest in all aspects of mobile research, a decline in the use of in-person focus groups and heightened frustrations with budget.

Join FocusVision's Zoe Dowling, Ph.D. as she leads a panel discussion that includes Shelly Bouren, Research Manager at the Detroit Pistons and Tiffany Ng, Senior Manager, Consumer Insights at Experian, Krista Hilton, Ph.D., Senior UX Researcher & Ethnographer at ADP, discussing the findings, how it relates to their experiences within their companies, and how the role of the transformative researcher is evolving.
