What-If Wednesdays: A Webinar Series for Local Gov
During times of immense change, we’re naturally inclined to ask big questions. What will our new normal look like—and how can we prepare? What do we need to embrace and what do we need to let go of? What would “great” look like in this situation and how do we make it happen?

Each week, we’ll host a 30-minute virtual mindshare space to explore a big-picture question with your peers across the country. Save your spot now to learn, connect, strategize, and share.

May 20: What If We Could Work Better in the New Normal? Overnight, your municipality transformed from an office operation to a work-from-home workforce. Are your teams having difficulty adjusting? Dive into this session to learn about working in the new normal!

May 27: What If We Put It All Together Again? During our final What-If Wednesday webinar, revisit the top themes and ideas we've uncovered over the last 8 weeks together. Nick will highlight the key lessons learned and dig into how you can keep your local government innovating and evolving forward toward a bright future.
