Fourth of July BBQ Bash with Jack Arnold
Celebrate the 4th of July and our winery’s 28th anniversary alongside BBQ specialist and Backyard Pitmaster, Jack Arnold as he fires up KOW Cattle Company’s American Wagyu Beef on the Big Green Egg. Jack’s bigger than life personality will ignite the party as he shares stories, techniques, and delicious recipes with our viewers nationwide. We’ll of course be pairing the smoky goodness from the grill with a hand-selection of wines to truly elevate this BBQ experience.

No purchase is necessary to participate in this virtual event, but to enhance the experience, registered participants are encouraged to acquire the wines and may do so at the link below. Please place your order by noon Pacific on Friday, June 25 to ensure delivery by July 3.

Jack Arnold learned the art of charcoal cooking at the young age of nine from his father, a Texas native who is a master of Texas-style barbecue. Now living in North Carolina, Jack has spent the last several years working his way up to become one of the most highly rated BBQ Specialists and Backyard Pitmasters in the US. Joining the Big Green Egg pro team in 2017, Jack rose to prominence in 2018 when he began cooking for Christian McCaffrey, a running back for the NFL Carolina Panthers. He is now the BBQ Event Host for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the US, and often cooks for A-Listers at their homes, at events and even offers personal cooking experiences. Jack has established one of the most elite followings due to his unique cooking style featuring flame throwing, tong flipping, one-of-a-kind recipes, and an unmatched level of energy. Many have now claimed Jack as the best overall backyard grilling experience in existence!
