Installation Program Manager @Onward to Opportunity (O2O)
10 years of leadership experience working on Fort Drum with military organizations. Prior to joining the O2O team, she was responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of the Fort Drum Soldier for Life – Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP), Fort Drum, NY. During her time at SFL-TAP, she oversaw the development and implementation of the transition assistance program providing career decision making services to service members and their families in the military-to-civilian transition. 4 years with the Department of the Army’s Child, Youth, & School Services (CYSS) organization, serving in many leadership positions, to include Training & Curriculum Specialist, Assistant Director, Lead Child & Youth Program Assistant. Joanna serves on the board for the North Country Human Resources Association as the Workforce Readiness Director, as well as the board for the PMI Syracuse Chapter as the Director of Professional Development and Military Liaison.
