Using the GA4GH toolkit: htsget streaming API for genomic data
In this webinar, you will learn about htsget, a standardised protocol for streaming genomic sequence data developed by the Large Scale Genomics (LSG) Work Stream of the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH). Htsget specification maintainer, Mike Lin, will provide an overview of the protocol mechanics, walk through three example applications, and provide guidance on implementation and interoperability, followed by an open question and answer session.
