Program Title: “Better to Create than to Compete: Little Things of Service”.
Summary: The “Little Things of Service”
TVB Quote: Nothing is as it was just twelve months ago. However even during societal changes there are things, identifiable things, little courtesies, little things of being of service that are still valid and useful. In fact the case can be made that in times of great social change, (not including a global pandemic) it is the little things of service that can make all the difference in the world as to the satisfactory experience that funeral home clients experience.
Then add to this cultural and global situation is that the time any funeral home has with most any of their clients has been reduced, abbreviated and shortened over the years just this alone magnifies the significance of the information going to be presented in this CEC program.
