Maria Novell
Fundraising and Commercial Director @The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association
Maria joined Guide Dogs in 2008, working in a variety of fundraising roles prior to becoming Director in January 2018. Before coming to Guide Dogs, Maria worked in marketing roles in commercial organisations, before moving to the third sector with positions at the RNLI and the British Liver Trust. Maria is a member of the Institute of Fundraising.
Pam Withrington
Fundraising and Marketing Director @Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Pam joined the Charity in 2006 as interim Communications Manager. Now as Fundraising and Marketing Director, she develops and oversees many initiatives and focuses on new areas of income that generate vital funds and raise awareness of the Charity’s work. She manages an enthusiastic team of fundraisers dedicated to providing the best Helicopter Emergency Medical Service for Essex & Hertfordshire. Before joining Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Pam worked firstly in the retail sector moving then into radio as Marketing Director for a group of 5 local radio stations and from there she set up her own events management business delivering a wide range of events.
Rosie Fearon
Products and Propositions Manager (Individual Giving) @National Trust
Rosie has been managing the low level fundraising programme at the National Trust for 4 years and her remit had previously included both appeals and raffle. Her role has now refocused to concentrate on new product and proposition development as the charity looks longer term at the role that public fundraising can play in growing support for the work of the Trust. The National Trust is Europe’s largest conservation charity looking after over 780 miles of coastline, 250,000 hectares of land, 500+ historic houses, parks and gardens, and nearly one million works of art. Before taking the role at the National Trust, Rosie managed supporter engagement programmes in both the arts and higher education sector.
